Do you offer refunds on your presets?
Answer: Unfortunately not. A preset pack is a digital product so this isn’t something I can refund, as I have no way of telling if they are still being kept and used. If it’s a case of the preset not working for your version of Lightroom, it’s your duty to check that you have the latest version of Lightroom before you purchase. You NEED to have the latest desktop version of Lightroom to use these presets on your desktop or phone. It you do not like how the presets look on your photos, it is a risk you take in purchasing any presets.
